SHE aka Baby Mama aka Tanya will be in town on Wednesday night with the baby. Oh, and the best part?? She's staying with us at the apt b/c her stupid boyfriend (well ex now...she broke up with him last week) got into financial trouble and so he couldn't bring them down therefore they apparently have no money to stay in a hotel either. *headdesk* ( Read more... )

I was wondering about the comment above: sacrifices.

... but honest, at least let HIM do the cleaning, it's his relation that is coming and nobody that has anything to do with you! I hope you won't be taking care of her all the time.

You know, I'll probably let him clean the second bedroom where he keeps all his gaming stuff and such since that will be where they are sleeping. He already vacuumed today so that is one thing down. Ugh. I'm cleaning the kitchen tonight though cos I like things done a certain way....

I bet its stressful. My advice: be best friends with her, even if its fake. It will show Nick that you are confident in your relationship with him. He'll think its cool that you can handle this. After all, he DOES have a baby with this chick, meaning she's in his life for about 18 years. Also, it wont make you look like the jealous girlfriend if you are friendly with her. Make small talk about work, movies, the baby. Ask her question about herself. Ya know the usual stuff.

Maybe before she comes, you should confront Nick about over hearing him on the phone with her. Voice your concerns. Don't accuse him of anything, just be honest and sincere and see what he says.

See, I've BEEN being nice to her...eventhough I really don't want to. And truthfully I talk to her more on Facebook and through text than he does. Which is weird I guess...

I know she'll have to be in our life, I understand that. I just like it better when she's all the way in Pennsylvania and we're here. Ugh.

I did at least tell him that I wasn't comfortable with her being here. I couldn't tell him about overhearing the convo with her though. I'm just not confident enough when it comes to things like that.
