Summary: It was bound to happen. Nero stumbles across the twins' 'secret' and doesn't take it all that well. Cue in angst!!! 8D
Dante was bored. He wasn't tired yet, all the channels on TV sucked and there wasn't much else to do besides lounge on the bed. Nero was in his room listening to music and doing his homework (well, probably more of the former than the latter) and Vergil had taken the rare break of silence to catch up on reading. The book was something old and horrendously long and Dante got bored just trying to read the title. Grinning, he leaned back on his side of the bed and watched his twin for a moment, admiring the gleam of the bedside lamp's light on the proud, smooth planes of his brother's face. It was rare to see his twin without a scowl with Nero around,
Rolling over on top of his brother and straddling his waist, Dante nonchalantly plucked the book out of his twin's hands and leaned forward so he could comfortably squish the other into the bed. "You know, there is a reason why you have to wear glasses nowadays and I don't," he said cheerfully. He could feel the heat from Vergil's body through the thin silk PJ's that the other wore (since he normally slept bare-chested) and had to admit that it felt awfully nice. Their sex life had been toned down considerably since Nero's arrival and had mainly be limited to after the kid fell asleep. Dante wasn't so patient tonight, however, and he figured Vergil wouldn't mind.
