Summary:: A typical Friday night for all fans of music, dance, and alcohol. (And, of course, a chance for performers and bartenders to do their thing. <3)
Even backstage, C.C. could hear it already, the roaring of the crowd mingling with the deep strumming of a performer's bass. The Sunrise club wasn't particularly big but it was well-liked by throngs of youths who had little else to do on a Friday night than to make sure that music stayed alive. Half the reason I like this job so much, C.C. mused to herself as she fixed the lacing of her corset, I get a free show every night, up-close and personal. She didn't have to do the cage act tonight, just the pole, so she had more time to waste and mingle with the crowd before the show really got started.
Tying her long hair into a high, slick ponytail, the dancer added a leather collar around her neck to complete the ensemble. She rarely got to pick what she wore but she didn't mind --this odd mix of white lingerie and a lolita-style corset was an interesting change from the norm, and she looked forward to seeing the reaction she got from the guys.
Checking her garters one last time, C.C. headed out, not toward the stage but toward the bar and the mass of people gathering outside. She needed a good shot before dancing to really get into the mood.
