Ah, I have lj account since 2005 but never really use it till recently (I was kinda ranting here for some time before xD)

Eh? If you ask me how I learned to make a layout FOR LJ, I just take a peek into someone's LJ css codes and try to understand how the codes work. As for CSS and the rest, I studied them by myself :D

Ah, okay... but I'm still learning here so I might not able to help you with everything... , okay?
