A few hours ago I was super panicked that I wouldn't get everything done in time for leaving to California, but then I set my mind to it and suddenly I'm finished packing and getting all the little odds and ends ready to make sure my trip goes as smoothly as possible.

So last night I transferred the last of our goal money into our savings account!!  That's right!  We now have $10k in savings for moving expenses and living expenses while we work towards both finding jobs to help us best launch our careers.  It's nice to have this much cushion as we were most certainly not expecting to make this goal.  I'd rally ( Read more... )
