Organized? Me? Graduation next week!!
So, I had a call today from Carl. He was asking me when our graduation rehearsal was tomorrow. He said there had been some debate about when it was and he wanted to call me because he knew that I was really organized and would know when it was. I guess my huge goal of becoming well organized is definitely on it's way. How crazy is that? I'm becoming known as an organized person. I wonder if my kids will know me so much as an organized being that they'll never know I wasn't born that way? In a way, I hope so. :)
How crazy is it that my graduation rehearsal is tomorrow?! This last 16 months have just flown by. I remember when I was nervous about getting all my stuff taken care of to get into the school not to mention when I was starting!! It feels so long ago! Ages! I've been so busy working that the days keep just passing by. And yet next Tuesday I graduate and a week from now I'll be resting up before taking off for my big move cross country!
I feel awful, but ever since we left California, a part of my heart has been back there still. It's been there sitting on my deck (which I still don't have an apartment let alone a deck) drinking a cold beer and enjoying the evening air. It feels like home there. I can't wait till I'm actually doing that.
I got my five year journal today in the mail!! I started it today (though I wrote a few days back). It's fun to write in it while wondering what I'll be doing five years from now. I have no idea where I'll be, only that it'll be some place amazing. :D
