Disappointed
I'm so fucking disappointed.
I just found out that the Sword of Truth TV series (Now named "Legend of the Seeker") is actually being made by ABC, not HBO as I had initially heard. The guy they got to play Richard looks like a goddamned tool. Kahlan's hair is way too short, and her white dress is not nearly as simple as the book describes. I bet Zedd's robes are all going to be fancy, too.
Fucking hell. They're going to sanitize the shit out of it, and then kill it besides.
Also, guys, "From the producers of Hercules and Xena" is not a good thing. Maybe you should keep that to yourselves.
I don't expect this series to last long.
