Get Up, Get Down
Typhoon Ondoy has been raging down on the Philippines since early this morning. The rain hasn't let up all that much and many streets, buildings, homes are flooded. The news even covered about people in Quezon City and Marikina having to stay on their roofs because of the floods.
They're saying that this is probably one of the worst floods in Philippine history and I'm not surprised.
Seriously though, I'm making this entry because damn, even my college is underwater. And they still had school until noon today.

The next three picture depicts how people were getting from one building to the other.
Other places are in worse shape. My sister's friend is stuck on his roof because his whole house is flooded in. The first floor of one of the malls up north is flooded. There's a hospital that's flooded up to the third floor. Hell, I've even heard that some people are still stuck in school because of the rains and it's already 10:30pm.
I guess I'm glad we're lucky that we're on higher ground and haven't had as much to worry about. The only thing left is to hope that this winds down pretty soon.
