The only reason for the democrats to lose is if this election is filled with lies and pointless jabber. If Obama can shift the tone back to the issues he'll have this sealed up, but instead we're talking about lipstick on a pig the day he announces his education plan. Just about every single McCain ad has lied, out-right lied, about Obama's plan or record. Obama's ads are grounded in truth, albeit stretched or outdated truth.
Obama needs to let 60% of Americans know that they will benefit more under his tax plan than McCain's. He needs to get word out that he wasn't abortions to be rare, safe, and legal. It'd be great if abortion were out of the campaign altogether, but drill the point home that making it illegal will do more harm than good (something I laid out in another post). And I don't know if showing harsh footage from Iraq is a good thing or not, but show people that the Iraqis want us out and they like Obama's gradual withdrawal method.
Out of 22 countries polled, 17 said they would prefer an Obama presidency. They can't vote but they can help out standing in the world. I was worried that me and all my retarded cousins would be drafted into Iran, but if McCain is president I'd be worried about being drafted into Russia.
This may not be much of a pep talk, but try not to be so pessimistic. There is still hope. More and more people are registering to vote that last time, more people are hurting after republican rule, and people always want lower taxes. If Obama loses you can join us at the mass suicide, but until then perk up.
Point taken. However, Nancy Palosi isn't Barack Obama. She doesn't have super powers. She doesn't have an incredibly hot wife. She isn't strong enough to impeach the president.
