Aw, this is fantastic! The relationship development is sweet, the sex is hot, and the dialogue is cute (as is Jared's inner monologue), but I think the thing that impresses me the most is the pacing of it. It's something I don't often think about in regard to a simple porn-based piece, but it's really important. Often I find myself impatient with a story because it drags on too long getting to the sex, or conversely, because it's too abrupt, but this is really just right, sucked me right in and dragged me along to the end at breakneck speed. Nice!
