The Writer is [Temporarily] In

Just wanted to let you know that I am in Nampa, but only until tomorrow morning. My grandparents want to leave about ten. I tried stopping by Kate's house, but no one was home. (It looked like your family is back, are they?) And I know that I have said it lots, but it deserves saying again, finding the Harry Potter book just sitting there on your bed was like OMG, heart attack material. I almost took it so that I could read it tonight, and then give it back either tomorrow, or mail it back, which my grandma said was something we could do, but I didn't, because I wanted to ask you first, and not steal it if you were in the middle of reading it, which I am sure you are. I just have to be very careful about what I read on the internet, NO SPOILERS!!!! and all that...

I really wanted to see someone. If I had known that I wouldn't get the chance, I probably wouldn't have come, but that's ok. I have my notebooks now, which is almost as good as Harry Potter...well, not really, not right now...though I realized that I have twenty dollars in change in my jar, and I have a fourteen dollar balance on my Barnes and Noble gift card, and B. Dalton takes them, and so I might get my GPs to stop my the Karcher mall and see if they have a copy in stock, not likely, I know, but they are a smaller, lesser known store, and it is a couple days after the first rush, and I will be going early on in the day, on a Friday morning, maybe I will get lucky.

And I need my other HP books. Jannah still has four and five, so I might stop by there, too. Who knows. It might freak her out a little, and she might not even be there, since I don't know her schedule. I should have gone this evening, but I didn't, and yeah...this is going to be set me off on another HP fan fic kick, I am almost positive. I'm a fan of Harry/Draco, which I know some people don't get, and also of Harry/Hermione/Ron, which is just cute...and somehow right...and you'd have to read fanfic to understand, and you all are going to be like, you are disturbed, but that's ok. And just get all you underage squickers off my case, I prefer stories of after they have graduated, or are at least in the final year. And if they aren't, then I prefer less graphic stuff, which I have realized that smut is just boring, ya know...give me my plot any day...

And yeah, if you read rob_lloyd, you discovered that I have been writing fanfiction, because apparently if I can't erad it, I write it, though I still write at least five hundred original words per day...don't worry, fanfic is extra...though I only wrote it for a couple of days, so maybe that was a temporary kick after watching Charmed episodes (which Kate, if I see you, you need to give me discs, cuz yeah...that space is important...(j/k...mostly...almost totally...))
Which this reminds me people, go to rob_lloyd and read my stuff, and comment please!!! Only one person has commented consistently, and only one other person has commented at all...it saddens me greatly, and I understand that some of you are busy, and all, and tired, but just something that tells me you read it...it doesn't even have to be a yay or nay, just a say...

So, I beat the four swords adventure, and I am at the final battle with Ganon in Windwaker (both Zelda games, btw, for the uninformed), and I am kinda saddened, b/c neither of them were as good of games as Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask. Windwaker was close, but I was disappointed in Four Swords. Maybe it would have been better if I did it multiplayer...They are coming out with a new one at some point though, called the Princess of Shadows or something like that, and one of the pictures I saw had Princess Zelda holding a sword...A FREAKING SWORD! THAT IS SO FREAKING AWESOME! Ok, done spazzing...

Now, I have to go download chip's challenge so that I have a new game to play on my computer in Grangeville, where there is nothing else to do...
;-)
Anyway, I am doing really well. Sleeping right, eating right, time with family, going to church, which to me at this point in my life is a *shrug* thing, but still, I go...my uncle Vernon preached the last two Sundays, (he is the associate/youth pastor, and Past Rick was taking a vacation. And I realized the other day, during church, as it so happens, that half of my uncles are pastors (and they both happen to be my mom's brothers-in-law). Uncle John, is a head pastor in South Dakota somewhere, I don't know the name of the top of my head, and Vernon is the associate pastor in Grangeville, and he is taking classes for his ministerial degree, and I think he is planning on becoming a head pastor.

I started reading Jane Eyre today, and I really like it. So far, which I am not real far into it, it is really interesting. I have never read anything by either of the Bronte sisters, nor Jane Austen, and I am planning on reading this, which is by Emily Bronte, Wuthering Heights by Charlotte Bronte, and Emma by Jane Austen. And I am thinking that I will read The Scarlet Letter as well, by Nathaniel Hawthorne. Of course, Harry Potter will take precedence over any and all books that I am reading, as soon as I get it...

Let's see, is there anything else I need to talk about? I don't know...if you want to know something, then comment, and I will most likely tell you...if I know...

games, harry potter, fan fiction, family, reading, writing, random, books
