CFL '13 Playoffs - Grey Cup!

Nov 22, 2013 01:54

Well folks, it's been another long road but we're finally here. Hamilton has vanquished Montreal and Toronto and stands poised to enter Saskatchewan with a strong team. Kent Austin is of course looking to inflate his sense of self-esteem even more as all he needs to do is win the game and no one will think it was Hamilton who won it this year. On the other end we have my Saskatchewan Roughriders who played a close game against B.C. and Curb-Stomped Calgary to be the third team in a row who gets home field advantage at the big game. The pressure is high and the question they face is will they be able to overcome it?

As usual, I've eliminated all my stat tracking from the above image as, if the Grey Cup has taught us anything it's that anything can happen and numbers don't mean a thing when the two best teams are going head to head. I'll be at the game in section 250 (or is it 251?) cheering my Riders on so if the cameras flash to the South Endzone keep an eye out for me (right!). Otherwise though we'll see what happens Sunday and we'll see you again with new rankings next year. Same Approximate Time. Same Nearly Dead in N.A. Blogging Service.

P.S. I do have something else in store I hope to start posting before the new year. If I haven't posted anything again by then, harass me and I'll see if peer pressure works. Cheers!

playoffs, cfl
