Raw Spanish Rice It was pretty, but was really boring. I didn't eat all of mine. Too much jicama.
I'm leaning more and more towards trying a second week. Cory's on board. Too bad I'll be gone on Saturday when the winter market is going on! Gotta start planning meals now.
