Oh Disney
I just finished watching The Princess and the Frog and I loved it sfm. Also, only Disney could make me cry over a firefly. And I just bought the digital version of the soundtrack, b/c omg, so good. At least I won't have to shell out the money for the dvd, since my mother already bought it for my sister in CLT. Yes, my family pretty much owns the whole Disney library in video tape and dvd form and we are proud of this fact. It was a good way to end what turned out to be a long and stressful day.
Now I want to go watch Mulan and Beauty and the Beast.
In other news:
So friggin hot today. It hit above 90. In New England. In April. There was humidity to boot, so my hair started curling up like a poodle. The joys of genetics. As this weekend will be much cooler, I'm planning a trip to the various Havard musuems. I've never gone to them, which is insane considering how often I hop up to Cambridge on the weekends, but they are on my list of things to do before I move back to CLT and are pretty much the cheapest musuems in the Boston-metro area.
Now to finish outlining that modern-day BoB/GK/The Pacific Burn-Notice-esque AU I'm so not doing...minus the 15 pages I've already written. Damn you, fandom, damn you.
