Written while I watched so..random comments you won't get unless you saw the episode.

I miss the original ANTM theme song

Renee...just go the fuck home!

Jael is a cool and forgiving person; I know her days are probably numbered, but I like her.

Whitney, okay, not to sound racist here, but most white girls HAVEN'T worn a hair weave since they were 12 years old.

See, Renee, you're not the only one missing your kid. So....shut up!

Tia..not Tamara..or Taj...sadness.

Natahsa.....what have you been smoking.

Renee and the "Oh, Woe Is Me" girl...::rolls eyes::

Efren Rameriz....He's going to pick a winner....everyone make their "Vote for Pedro" jokes here.

Good, okay, Renee's husband and kid are there. Maybe now she'll shut up about it.

The minute they said "Ghosts from the past" I was going, "Yup, old ANTM people."

Bre..let's not talk about Bre. Next.

Michelle. She's looking much better.

Oh, Shannon! She looks so grown-up. Shannon, girl, mouth shut! Remember?

Rebecca...that was a freaky moment. Rebecca...doesn't look so good.

Good to see Amanda and Michelle again! I love those girls.

Joanie, also, looks much better.

Kim! OMFG! That's KIM? I love Kim. Really, I do. That made me very happy. Dionne, though, girl, I wanted to slap her. She got better though. Thank god.

Dear Tyra,
You're not a pirate. Move on.

I liked Brittany's photo, Natasha and Dionne as well

It kind of sucks that Whitney's going; but damn it, Jael's my girl.

Oh..Jael..interview. That's not good.

Medium or CSI: NY to come later. Still haven't decided which I'm going to watch. I could tape it...but that woul cause me to have to..you know...not be busy.

Edit:
I went with CSI: NY and apparently that was the better decision. CSI: NY is now, really, my favorite CSI. I don't dislike any of the characters; I love the character interaction and...Flack. I adore Flack. And Stella. And Mac. Danny, Lindsay (just a little bit but still), HAWKES, Sid etc etc.

Also, kind of going off the music post from earlier...

25 of my favorite music videos of all time. Not ranked because that would just kill me. This was supposed to be 15, I pushed it to 25, and I could go to 125 if I didn't stop myself. I limited myself to one video per artist.

Alien Ant Farm- Smooth Criminal
http://youtube.com/watch?v=8cJB2Z_aTEQ

I love the original by Michael Jackson, but only in the contents of the "Moonwalker" movie thing.

I find this entertaining though and really..I must limit myself to one MJ video and that HAS to be Thriller. And really, it has so many MJ music video parts to it (Bad, Billy Jean etc) I just have to

Beastie Boys- Sabotage
http://youtube.com/watch?v=lzTxuDUfzzM
Okay, I wanted to do "Fight For Your Right to Party" but.this is about videos not songs, and I've always been caught by this video.
Boyz II Men- End of the Road
http://youtube.com/watch?v=OO9dytmEcfo
My love for Boyz II Men started with "Motownphilly" but this song and video really defines popular R&B at the time. So many groups tried to imitate this style.
Coldplay- The Scientist
http://youtube.com/watch?v=V3Kd7IGPyeg
My favorite Coldplay video, though tied for my favorite Coldplay song.
Paula Cole- Me
http://youtube.com/watch?v=ah7gPriANJM
Love the colors; on my personal soundtrack.
Counting Crows- Mr. Jones
http://youtube.com/watch?v=WYN74ZW4k_E
Classic song.
The Cranberries- Dreams
http://youtube.com/watch?v=pwIYBHV9b_o
Apparently this is the alternate take, but this is the only one I ever saw here in the USA.

DJ Jazzy Jeff and the Fresh Prince- Summertime
http://youtube.com/watch?v=_W9kcxdPPjk
Early 90s. Summer. This is it.
Melissa Etheridge- Come to my Window
http://youtube.com/watch?v=eIpJqaSGbH0
I loved and adored Melissa long before "Yes I Am" and this video. I was only happy everyone else started to love her too.
Janet Jackson- Rhythm Nation
http://youtube.com/watch?v=FcSqGVs3kWE
My favorite Janet album. My favorite Janet song off my favorite Janet album.
Michael Jackson- Thriller
I mean, COME ON.
http://youtube.com/watch?v=rT90keJ51bY
Billy Joel- We Didn't Stat the Fire
http://youtube.com/watch?v=rq3PVHVn0kE
Powerful video. Yes, I do know all the lyrics.
Madonna- Like a Prayer
http://youtube.com/watch?v=icrUkBaSefs
Let's not even talk about how difficult it was to pick ONE Madonna video. I could have a whole list of JUST my favorite Madonna videos. This was the first song of my childhood that made me like Madonna.
Sarah Mclachlan- Building a Mystery
http://youtube.com/watch?v=4AFDHia51Do
I adore "World on Fire" but this is THE Sarah video for me.
Natalie Merchant- Wonder
http://youtube.com/watch?v=3vx3ndjsalw
I loved Natalie before this video, I adored her after. For a sister of a mentally and physically handi-capped person, this video means a lot to me.

Nickleback- If Everyone Cared
http://youtube.com/watch?v=M-QfLJbEN3k
One of the most important videos in recent time.
Outkast- Ms. Jackson
http://youtube.com/watch?v=x0Vy8PywZTM
Animals singing. Come one, ANIMALS singing.
Pearl Jam- Jeremy
http://youtube.com/watch?v=7uc-p8fbyEM
One of the most disturbing and powerful videos of all time. It was made in the Early 90s...how prophetic it would become.
Placebo- Pure Morning
http://youtube.com/watch?v=jQQmAP9Poo4
I knew of/loved Placebo long before I saw any of their videos. This was the first one, one I watched years after owning three of their albums.
Red Hot Chilli Peppers- Under the Bridge
http://youtube.com/watch?v=cHcGmhvDlCY
Again, songs that define an era.
R.E.M- Losing My Religion
http://youtube.com/watch?v=M7vs21ZKrKM
Defining Era again.
Smashing Pumpkins- Tonight, Tonight
http://youtube.com/watch?v=EsZYqaSc4cU
Many videos to choose from here; I picked this one because it's so "different."
TLC- Baby, Baby, Baby
http://youtube.com/watch?v=T-dmbl3SeQ8
The first TLC video I ever saw when I was a young child. It started an obsession.
U2- One
http://youtube.com/watch?v=JFWPeVfWB9o
The Berlin version. Again, so many videos to choose from.
Usher- My Way
http://youtube.com/watch?v=e8otWyLx6IQ
Frankly, this is the only Usher video I love; while I love his music, his videos I tend to dislike.

I'm ending it there damn it. There are so many I wanted to use (Aaliyah and Four Page Letter, for example). Really, it kills me. Yes, most of the videos are old for two reasons a) MTV never shows real videos anymore b) I was big on music video when I was much younger.

Also, yeah, some of them aren't the most artistic of videos, but they have nostalgia for me that I'll explain if you REALLY want to know.
