I've heard a lot about Harris-Perry's book - sounds very interesting. Is it something that people who study intersectionality already find it has new points, do you think?

Sampling media sounds fascinating, too.

Kakutani's review of the Hitler book was so amazing. I don't even usually like her reviews that much, but...

I think the points the Harris-Perry book makes that would be most novel are about the roles of religion and shame in structuring African-American women's responses and beliefs.
