The scene in Man of Steel where Zod instructs Faora to bring Lois along with Kal-El up to the ship? Substitute Lex for Lois. Ending with the escape pod rescue? The plot is up to you or follow the canon, whichever.

That said, I would so dearly love some kind of timestamp or future snapshot of Sam and Dean (Dean especially) after Shell Game. Or a peek in on them some years down the line after Captured by the Game. Those are the two AUs I'm most intrigued by and would most like to know how they turned out.

Man of Steel made me miss Smallville so very much! So:

Clark/Lex - When Lex disappeared from a crowded ballroom (dematerializing in a flash of light) Clark was not pleased, and to make matters worse there was no sign of Lex anywhere in Metropolis, let alone on the planet. Clark had promised himself that he had long since given up on Lex, so it struck him by surprise that he was so frantic to find Lex safe and unharmed.

So CLex reunion after Clark finds Lex/finds Lex saving himself; the Justice League's response to Grrr!Superman looking for his Lex.

Smallville, Clark/Lex, Lex is tricked into believing that his healing abilities are because he's actually an alien. Clark finds out but for whatever reason decides to let Lex continue thinking this. Maybe Lex is glad Clark knows and confesses how it makes him feel, and Clark has guilt for not sharing his own secret. Maybe it takes place when they are mad at each other and this brings them closer to trusting each other. Post-series works too, with Lex knowing Clark only as a reporter.
