Whoa, the SPN one was really good. I love the detail of the incantation sources and the unusual smells of the burning ingredients.

She’d come overprepared, with every substance and incantation she could dig up (and given her doctorate, that was a lot).

Hannah was too busy remembering the incantations to tell it, yes, I do think that.

Love those lines! This is such a believable character you've created. Even the ultimate tragedy of the piece adds to the human-ness of the scene.
