Happiness Meme Day 4 - For 4/26/09
I picked up a pail of small rocks and a bunch of old bricks from Jean-Eric so that I can start work on building my garden in my patch of front yard. And I managed to get at least the bricks unloaded from my car directly into the yard before the rain started to get a little more serious, so I don't now have to haul them out from the garage. The rocks are still in a pail inside because I didn't want to risk them walking away in the middle of the night. He also lent me a pick and showed me what not to do with it so I don't kill myself with it.
Jean-Eric also got me out of the house that morning to go to Ravenhurst fencing practice. I worked with him and Domin on Capa Ferro a little bit then played a little bit, discovering in the process that I'm a little out of practice. Not surprising since this is only my second practice after about a four month hiatus. I'm glad J-E "bullied" me out of the house to go participate before we picked up rocks.
