Curtains and Other Stuff

I have four panels now for the bedroom, and they look almost like I envisioned they would.  Now all I need are a pair of curtain rods, so they will be hung properly and that little project will be essentially complete.  But at least they're up, if droopy.

I also have a rod that I got some time ago ready to hang in the living room that I'd like to get up before the party, if I can.  Curtains will have to wait until probably January.

And speaking of being able to hang curtains rods - does anyone remember seeing my electric drill anywhere recently?  It seems to have gone walk-about (although the battery that usually lives in it is in the garage, just where it's supposed to be) and having thoroughly cleaned the house for Thanksgiving, I don't know where it could be hiding at this point.  Anyone have any suggestions?

The next two projects to complete, also hopefully before the party:

1)  Sort and file all the official papers in the copy paper box in the "new" metal filing cabinet.  Having found the floor in the spare room last week, the box is now leering at me from in front of the bookshelves.

2)  Move and shorten the last freestanding rack of shelves in the garage.  Since this will require moving the two televisions which currently live on the top of that set of shelves and some measuring to figure out how many shelves high I can stack so they'll continue to fit on the top in the new location, this is a little more complicated than it sounds.  Here's hoping.
