(no subject)
Today sucked a lot. I was all excited because today was going to be almost entirely wonderful. It was going to start with sleeping in on my favorite comfy bed, then working a bit, going to our first Orientation meeting (yay!) of the summer, then to buy a bathing suit, then to finish packing and go to bed early. But no. It started off perfectly enough, just the way I wanted, but then I got to the office and I was in a lot of pain because of the cyst. So Yoshiko insisted on looking at it and then she, Marta, Debbie, and Donn all made me go to Urgent Care. Now I don't know if many of you know this about me, but I am TERRIFIED of doctors. Like, I can't remember the last time I had a physical cause they freak me out. Which means that despite the fact that I'm 21 years old and perfectly competent, there I was sitting in urgent care with Marta and YAM. So yeah, they took the cyst out and now I hurt a lot all the time instead of just when something accidentally touched the cyst. And it's gross and runny and i hate it and now, after wasting all day in Urgent Care, I'm forced to finish packing now.
On to the mysteries of the crap in my house. The cupboards in the kitchen are full of things that Diana, Alex and I do not own. Pots, pans, skillets, tupperware, plates, cups, silverware, cooking utensils, food, you name it, we've got it but none of it is ours. Which means either Julie, Taryn or Nikki left a bunch of crap that we are now indiscriminately stealing/giving to GoodWill. Meanwhile I have a box of Julie's stuff, a hell of a lot of Austin's stuff (yes I know I borrowed it on purpose but i'm grumpy. Leave me be.) and some of David's stuff like videos. So I'm pretty much in a grumpy mood and my back hurts a lot. I swear I'll post something happy sometime soon, k? k.
