Updating out of bordom, really
I don't have anything new. Still unemployed (have an interview tomorrow... with a temp agency...). Still bored. I try to get up every morning and go on a walk/run. Its hard to convince myself to get up and to run. Generally its more of a walk. Ooh, but I cleaned the bathrooms today. That was a big accomplishment.
Yesterday was a good day though! I drove into Northwest Portland (I think) and met my friend Erica. She was one of my apartment mates in Austria. We walked around for about an hour and had truffles from Moonstruck. (Of course Jake made fun of me, 'cause there is a Moonstruck like three minutes from the house, whatever.) And then I came back home and Wesley, Lisa, Sara (Lisa's sister) and Gavin all came over for dinner, which was quite scrumptious.
I saw an interesting plant/flower while I was out walking. I wish I knew what it was. It sorta reminded me of a Calla Lily, but it obviously wasn't and its leaves are completely wrong. Yeah, I know, very descriptive.
Umm... what else... I'm reading Saint Augustine's Confessions right now. Both my brother and sister made fun of me for that. Stupid siblings. Didn't tell them that I'm working on revising/reformatting my reference sheet for Pliny the Younger's letters.
