I hate the IRS and the complexity of US tax laws. We currently fall into 3 separate "other" categories: we earn foreign income, I had taxable fellowship income, and we have a qualifying dependent. I've been reading fine print all evening. Ergh.
Good news is, federal taxes are calculated and we owe nothing. I'll do the state taxes later in the week, which *might* generate a small refund.
