"I'd be unstoppable if I could just get going"--my kind of calender
I don't think I spelled unstoppable right. (There I go again.)
In anycase, Nicki and I were watching the first Star Wars (episode IV, I mean) and we came to the Death Star scene, and Nicki started making fun of me because he knows what I would do if I was a rebel pilot so hence this little excerpt of what might happen if Nicki and I were rebel pilot attacking the Death Star (or just the ship station, whatever.):
Nicki: Now, Traci, you know what to do in these right?
Me: WHEEEEE! Oh my gosh! Nicki! You can do flips in this thing! Look at that! That's amazing! And look, when I press this button, little red beams of light come shooting out. How cool is that?
Nicki:...oh God...Traci, focus, listen to me.
Me: Look! Nicki, there's this gray ball in the distance! Let's press buttons at it! *starts pressing random buttons causing mass chaos that sends Darth in his Interceptor to flee for his life screaming obsenities at me* Nicki, I don't think that guy likes me very much...
Nicki: Traci, look, gray ball. Shoot the fireballs at it.
Me: WHEEEE!
Nicki: STOP DOING FLIPS IN THE SHIP, NOW!
Me:.....You....you yelled at me....*moment of pure silence over little talkie thingies* WHEEEE! Look, Nicki, I can hit the gray thing without getting close. *by all odds the Death Star/ship station blows up and my eyes get big* Fireworks.....
Nicki: Holy moly...She...wowzers.
*later at the award ceremony*
Nicki: okay, now Traci, Leia will wrap this medal around your neck. Do not take it off and start slinging it around your head.
Me: Why do I get a medal? Is it because I can do a flip in my ship?
Nicki: *sighs* Sure....
Me: Okkie dokie! *skips along little red carpet, recieves medal, then says* You know Leia, if you want to learn how to do a flip I can teach you!
Leia:.....What...the heck?
Nicki: *whispers to Leia* humor her.
Leia: *whispers back* Right...
