Can't I just try something simple and let it grow on it's own?
I decided I was going to post my resume on my own site.
Then, I decided to customize it.
Then, I said "Well, why don't I make it available for anyone to post theirs up?"
Then "Why don't I let potential employers search for them?"
Then "Well, hell, why don't I let them post their own jobs up for candidates to look through?"
Sheesh. I'm redesigning Monster but with better features.
