Tests suck; daytrip good. Question for the flist.
Last Thursday was the ultrasound on the thyroid my doctor wanted. Even though the bloodwork was normal, she still wanted to have the test done since it was enlarged. I'm hoping to get the results tomorrow.
The mammogram was yesterday. I remembered to take some pain killers before I went, so it wasn't too bad. Now they have these band-aids with what looks like BBs in the center that they put over your nipple to show where they are on the x-ray. I don't know where they got the pads that compress your breasts for this machine, but I had to peel them off the plate once they were done. Ugh.
G and I went with my mom up to my cousin's on Saturday. A nice hour and a half ride. A lot of catching up, food, fresh air, and corn nut jokes.
Question for the flist: Has anyone seen The Conjuring yet? How scary is it? No spoilers please.
