Don't ask me to tell you what I'm frustrated about if you're not going to do a damn thing about it. Especially when it's so easy to correct. This just pisses me off more. Why should I work my ass off to correct the mistakes of people who should know what they're doing. And having my annual review would have been nice since it was due this past f'ing OCTOBER.
