"In a capitalist society, we cannot all be CEOs. We still need the cube-dwellers, the guys and gals in the mailroom, the broom-pushers and the toilet-cleaners. We still need fast-food workers and garbage men. In capitalism, success is not guaranteed and is not, by the system, particularly desirable for the majority. Wealth must concentrate in the hands of the few, and the many must work to support those few. It has always been this way, and a Capitalist system cannot function without a highly populated base of working poor."
