Responsibilities

Slowly but surely I am starting to get my life on track and soon I will have all of my outstanding bills paid off...I don't have to worry about my insurance for 3 months and I'll have my car paid off...my student loans are all paid off...this month I will be eligable to start getting bonus chks which will be an extra 400 bucks in my pocket..well, the bank..
I've been looking at houses..I don't need anything big for myself, being that it is gonna be just me..i found a 3 br house, 2 bathrooms..it was built in 2002, has a deck, a hot tub..it's in a nice area, and the electric is really cheap..it's 23000 bucks, I only need 2300 to put down on it, and it's 180 bucks a month for the mortgage. 1 br apts out here cost about 500 bucks a month without utilities...the town has there own electric company so its a lot cheaper..so it's def something to think about. I'm just tired of renting and throwing away my money. Rochester is a really nice city, and theres tons of stuff to do..it seems like the right thing to do at this time in my life..I don't really have anyone, i'm not all about the social scene..I have a lot of responsibilities and this will work out very well for me in the long run.. I just got my benefit cards in the mail the other day, so after three years of not having health insurance, I can finally go to the dr and to the dentist..As long as nothing happens to me and I can stay focused and on the right track, I'm going to be doing very well for myself within the next 5 years.=)
