(no subject)
Although I have been busy with other stuff, I still feel like a bum because I have no paying job..I mean, I've been saving since freshman year in hs, so I don't have a problem with anything...yet..even when I get my internship through us fish and wildlife, its going to be unpaid...but hopefully it will be worth it..I went to visit Bethany on tuesday, and it was really really hot..so we didn't really do much walking around..we watched this korean drama, and then went to see Howls Moving Castle, which was sooooooo good!
Yesturday, I decided to call and make some appointments, since I have to get them done sooner or later...I ended up going to the dentist(which I haven't been to for two and a half years, and I am still cavity free...Today, i'm going to the refuge and checking up on Bethany's kitties, since her mom is away in switzerland =) Later tonight, I'm going out with my mom for dinner since my dad and my sister are going to Virginia to visit my aunt and uncle..
I got my bird cd in the mail yesturday from amazon, so I guess I can start listening to that..I have to be able to identify 267 birds by sight and sound, so I figured I'd start now, and do at least 10 a week, and then add on to it..that way, it won't be as bad when the semester starts...and I can focus more on systematic botany, because I'm sure we'll have a lot of plants which we will have to be able to identify...
Oy vey...this is going to be a looong summer..
