Alpaca farm
Originally uploaded by rivergdss. The Brownie troop took a field trip to the local alpaca farm. They're soooo coooooool. At the end, the parents went into their shop while the girls played a game. Luckily I left most of my money at home. I couldn't resist getting some socks, though. The owner of the farm is starting to offer yarns from specific animals, so you could knit a scarf from "Lady Guinevere" (yes, they're all named for famous romantic couples). Very cool.
Oh! And I forgot to add - they had a 2 week old baby there!
