Dear Professor -
I am pleased to report that, in your absence, I have managed to commission one of our long-standing residents to craft a pensieve for you. Should you have any further specifications for it aside from the basics - I have no knowledge of pensieves, having never needed to use one myself - or wish to speak with him personally, do let me know at your earliest convenience. I will pass along your instructions, or put you in touch with him myself.
I look forward to the report on your findings; you may come speak with me personally or compose a written report. I would like to speak with you in depth regarding your findings, but I can certainly wait until I've read a report if you opt to follow that route.
