Man, I don't even KNOW how to try & explain this one.
Well, here it goes.
So my dream started out with a bunch of teenagers & myself going on a field trip led by Rodney McKay - I knew a few of them, but other than that, I have no real recollection of just who was there. At one point we were cleaning a house out, then we took a walk around the woods we were in, then we decided to rest for a bit.
Well, all of a sudden, it got very dark & somebody (it might have been me!) said, 'hey, when are we leaving?' No one answered & I said again, 'hey Dr McKay, WHEN ARE WE LEAVING?' & Rodney spoke up, 'didn't you read the leaflet I gave all of you?'
(um, uh-oh)
So we re-read it. Apparently, we were staying in the woods for a WEEK. A WEEK, & I had only brought enough books & clothes to last for a DAY. THAT DAY. So naturally I was panicking! I think everyone kind of was. Then we heard sounds in the distance, & one of the other guys that was with us ran up to us & told us that the army was shooting at us. So naturally, we all scattered like the four winds but we were still in front of the house we'd cleaned out, & apparently, it had a C4 charge stuck on the door. We all tried to run, but the charge went off & blew up the house, but we were all quite fine.
Then . . . hell, I don't even KNOW what happened, but suddenly, I was standing in a bank, & Daniel was robbing it. (UM, MY BRAIN? WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU) & then, I was sitting in big Hummer-type car with another Daniel, then we drove crazily around the lobby of the bank, before a third Daniel pulled the door open for us, but we didn't actually go through it . . . we just stopped the car & got out & a bunch of people that had been watching cheered & clapped like crazy. Then I got to kiss him while I said thank you to him - for what I don't actually know - & it wasn't just a little kiss, it was like a two minute serious kiss! ::dies of her gigglefit:: Um . . . good dream?
(& um, yeah, you read that right - I had THREE different Daniels in my dream - I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHERE MY BRAIN GETS THIS, OKAY?
can we pretend I went through the Quantum Mirror in my dream? Please? ::big smiles::)
So the last part of my dream that I remember is that the group I had been with at the start of my dream were all on a bus being driven back to wherever we came from. I was sitting with Daniel (who was dressed EXACTLY LIKE HE WAS IN HOLIDAY SO YAY FOR ME) & we were talking, but I have NO idea what we were saying for the first half of this part - it was just gibberish, up until I said, 'y'know Daniel, a girl doesn't mind being blown up with C4, so long as she knows she's going to be blown up so she can go out with a bang.' He smiled & I just sain, 'no, not that kind of bang. And NO, NOT THAT KIND either, hon.' Then he smiled & put his arm around me (yay!) & we were generally all warm & couple-ish & cuddly until my dream ended.
Beyond the spectrum of the Dreaming, I had a nice day. I had a slightly embarrassing incident when I got on the bus this morning - I tripped & went SPLATTERNALIA right in front of the driver & everyone behind me. OUCH! But other than my pride & milkmaid image, I was unharmed, except for the throbbing pain in my knee that lasted for several stops. Eeeegh.

I've bought so many books in the past few days, more than I have in a long time - I bought an encylopedia on astronomy (pretty words & pictures & a stronger chance of understanding the things Sam talks about - whee!), Faeries & World of Faeries both by Brian Froud & a book on faery magick. I got World of Faeries today after deciding after three days since I first touched it, that I wanted it. Desperately. So, I bought it! I ♥♥♥♥ it so much.
I finally straightened my hair out tonight - I love my hair when it's straight - it's longer & prettier. & now I'm just looking at Rasputina albums on Amazon & trying NOT to buy Thanks For the Ether & The Lost & Found because I NEED TO SAVE MONEY OMG, but I want them! Rasputina doing a Led Zeppelin cover! (& one of my favourite songs by them!) ::sighs:: WANT. BAD. But I must save my money for my trip at the end of the month, plus two new fleece zip-ups for the trip, so no new CDs for me.
I think I'm going to overhaul all of my Daniel icons tonight. I've got lots of pretty new ones to use & some nice Jack/Daniel ones I want to add as well. & geeky_webmaster's recs list will be coming VERY soon, along with a couple of surprises!
& also? I miss Firefly. Like, BADLY. BADLY. I want to watch Out of Gas sooner, rather than later.
