Stuff and Things

I started up a new LJ for the sole purpose of keeping track of my "exercises" and "diet." You won't believe it but right around Thanksgiving, I had weighed the most I ever weighed in my entire life, and I was wearing very light clothing (as opposed to heavy leather shoes, thick heavy jeans, and a shirt that weighs half a pound). Not that it was a bad thing, since I am still at a healthy weight, but it was just the fact that I suddenly gained, oh, 10 to 14 pounds in two to three months? Never have I been that "big." Plus, I have a lot of extra pudge around my belly, and Heath sure loves reminding me about those new tiny love-handles. Hehe, my butt measurement grew by an inch, too, so hen that first happened, I kept bumping into things with it. I finally busted out the tape measure to learn about the new size. Haha! I'm used to it, now, though. *giggle*
ANYways, so basically, I'm still thin/slender, I'm just totally less energetic, and not concerned enough about what I eat and stuff. I've been a bit naughty with the salted, starched, and sugary items. I'm sure I have a higher cholestorel than most healthy girls my size! LOL.
Oh yes, and it got to the point where merely grabbing a tissue made my heart rate increase dramatically, so yeah. Not a good thing when you barely do a damn thing, and your heart rate jumps from like 75 to 90+ in a second.
