Word of Advice
Ok peoples, if you are running a business or hope to some day lemme give you a piece of good advice.
When you are hiring, take a GOOD look at the resumes. If someone listed a college that has been involved with these whimpy 'students' slacking off because they didn't like the election results, DO NOT HIRE THEM! Put that resume in the reject pile!
These 'people' have demonstrated that they canNOT handle ANY stress or challenge in their lives! If you hire them and then criticize their work, ask they put more effort into it or tell them they need to do a bit of overtime they will WHINE, POUT, SEARCH for a SAFE SPACE, COMPLAIN, then request a therapy dog, teddy bear or a cup of cocoa!!! Think these people would put their hearts into their work? Have some pride in accomplishing anything? Oh hell no! They show the world they are nothing but spoiled rotten whiney useless pouting temper tantrum throwing immature babies that should not be taken seriously!
If you do hire one of these wusses then be prepared for a lot of ridiculous complaints! 'Larry in the mailroom said he didn't like my shoes! Waahh!! Fire him!' 'OMG that girl over there said she liked my lipstick. Does that mean she's going to be after me in the restroom????' 'What do you mean I can't wear my dirty old sneakers in the office?? You have a dress code?? That's DISCRIMINATION!!!' And so on and so on.
Want a good reliable worker? Then look at the ones graduating from TRADE SCHOOLS or hire a VETERAN! They'll get the job done!
And for you parents out there who have kids about ready to go to a college, FORGET IT! STOP wasting your money on those liberal cesspools which don't teach them a damned thing! USE THE TRADE SCHOOLS and don't forget how well the MILITARY trains young men and women to be useful members of society rather than whiny crybabies!
