I'm Getting an Upgrade!!!! (Yay!!!)
Hi all!
I'm so excited because I got a job this week: I'm going to be a substitute teacher at a local high school/middle school, per diem (which means they call me when needed). It's the best job I've been able to find so far (which gives you an idea of how the economy is working in Westchester County, NY state.)
I'm still going to interviews for a steady job. (Most of the jobs that are possible around here only offer minimum or above minimum wage. It's pretty dismal...but ah well, what can you do? That's the way things are.)
I'm also very excited about tomorrow becuase my Dad is congratulating me on my job by upgrading me to a paid LiveJournal account!!! I've been trying to find a template I like (journal theme) and I like the paid ones so much better. So my journal will be changing tomorrow most likely....and will be looking better than ever!!
My Dad can be really great sometimes...while he can be a pain, he's got a good side, and I've got to remember that.
