My grandmother kind of sent mum two cheques with a grand total of $1000 between them. With that, mother has paid off a phone bill that had cut us off for all of a day, bought me a PSP memory card, pre-ordered BBS, pre-ordered a Cataclysm collector's edition for both of us, and came home with sushi for me.
Day has gotten much, much better.
