Have I mentioned how much I love my new laptop?! I feel as if I have been transported forward in time! Especially since I also made the switch from dial--up to high speed. Can you believe that I was on dial-up all this time? These here internets were becoming almost impossible to read. I don't have all the time in the world for pages to load.
But now...now the virtual world is at my fingetips. I have been sitting here for a little bit arranging widgets on my desktop. I love Dashboard! I have wikipedia and dictionary.com at my fingertips. I can get the local six day weather forecast in an instant! I also get a wonderful, "this day in history" factoid every time I open my computer.
In other completely unrelated (and likely uninteresting) news, Kylie Minogue is on Logo right now. At first I thought it was Madonna, because that is how little I pay attention to that sort of stuff. I thought she was putting on a fake brit accent and was wondering why she wash't singing a single song that I recognized. Then I realized how sorely mistaken I was. I am a bad gay. In my defense, though, I do not here much distinction between their singing voices or styles onstage.
I need to go to bed. I am definitely getting a little punchy.
