I was reading my journal archives-- as I do when I am feeling slightly out of sorts (because old comments often make me smile). I stumbled across this entry, which lightened my mood significantly. It was nice to see that I have some ability to follow through on my goals (even when I am so intoxicated that I don't quite remember setting them). Looks

I drunkenly wrote out some New Years type resolutions, and some of them have happened. Very nice indeed.
Well good for you, you'll be buzzing to get sweet tea and grits in your prius on your way to the book signing before ya know it!!
