Ol' Buzz never fails, eh? The carnival man called him a 'lucky ferret' and I guess he is! Found me a book with empty papers and there was a ratty quill with some old ink in the wardrobe. My handwriting is still horrible and none of my spellings look right, but I can practice this way! I checked out the book club Elle talked about, but I panicked as soon as they pulled out them huge books. I think I'll stick to browsing the shelves there instead of the book club. Least, till I'm ready for books that big.
I mean, if you saw the books, I betcha anybody with half a mind would run out too! They were the size of ...of... a grown man!
Talked to a nice young man today, and we had a bit of a fling. It was.... really fun. I've been dogging him from the honey den for a while so it had better have been. I was sad to see him go. Flings like these never last past a few days till we eventually lose contact. Guess I've been lonely lately. 'nough about rainclouds though! I got a good sum of jades from him to cash in for maybe eh... half an echo?
Well, least I can afford a dinner t'night.
