Radial Math
Today I went to get some tires. Last night I went around and did some pricing and found the best deal to be in the $375 range. Because I'm disturbingly "thrifty" when it comes to auto stuff I wasn't exactly pleased with that amount. In the end it was the best deal and I needed some new ones so I decided to grab dinner with my grandparents earlier than expected and get up early, on the weekend, to go into the store and beat the rush.
So yeah, this morning I got up, saw Grandpa and Grandma off as they continued their road trip and went into the tire shop.
I got a chance to wander around, do some reading, check into some new glasses and take care of some other stuff on my various lists while they worked on my car. When all was said and done my total came out to be $279.
I still have no idea why.
I'm ok with that.
