OOOWWWW!!!!!
Ok so the subject line is because I got my ears pierced today and I just put peroxide on them....OUCH! Yes they were already pierced once but now I have 2 extra holes in my head...I know I know, just what I needed, lol. Anyway.
So, I really don't want to go back to school tomorrow...I really like being home and everything and just relaxing, and especially my puppy.
I also really miss Mike :( I got to spend the first part of my spring break with him, which actually was AWESOME! Really, it rocked, I'm totally not kidding. I love him so much. He said he had a surprise for me (and after he said we had to be somewhere at 6pm and I had to bring nice clothes, I KINDA figured out it was dinner lol) but he made us reservations at this nice place on campus (kinda like Viewpoint Bistro for you OSUers) for Wednesday night (after I got there). It really was just so very sweet :) I love him. Anyway, so despite the fact that I was sick for the first couple days, it was still fun. He actually went out to get me Sudafed at Meijer (a 20 minute or so walk) by himself because I didn't feel up to it. He's SO SWEET. I really feel like I don't deserve him at times. (Please keep in mind that I did not make him go and get me this by himself!) Anyway. So he helped nurse me back to health hehe. He's a major sweetheart. I think just being away from the stress of school and everything helped IMMENSELY, not to mention his hugs :) So we also decided to play Magic a little bit...and I got fairly decent at it I think. I beat him most times lol. Admittedly it was his deck that he'd given me when he'd been home the previous weekend...but still lol. So that really was fun. And it was kinda cool waking up with him in the mornings Thursday and Friday (I didn't make it to breakfast either day unfortunately, I wasn't feeling well enough) but I woke up to kiss him goodbye and tell him to have a good day and such...I thought it was really cool and sweet. And I got to smell pot in his hallway Saturday night! haha ok so not exactly the most fun I've ever had but hey whatever. Anyway. Oh, we also watched American Pie Saturday night, which he'd never seen before...and may I just say, that you have never even seen a ripe tomato this red lol. His face was glowing. It was sooooo funny. (And may I add here that it was really kind of weird to watch this movie with a band geek...lol).
Ok so random thought in the middle of everything, but an update...ok so I have an ex named Ben who is in the SCA (I forget what it stands for, but it's some kind of medieval role playing thing, they have tournaments and stuff and I guess you can fight when you turn 18 or something because he was excited to be able to lol) so Mike told me his ex girlfriend, Caitlyn, is also in the SCA through college. Now, I found out around Valentine's Day that Ben was dating someone of the same name, but I didn't catch a last name (no idea how it's spelled either). A couple weeks or so ago, Mike found out Caitlyn was also dating again, though he didn't catch the name of her guy. So as of right now...we're thinking that it's POSSIBLE it could be...lol...doubtful, highly doubtful, but what a really weird coincidence anyway, huh??
So let's see, what else? Ok, I got my permit again (3rd time's a charm, eh?) let's see if I can actually follow through and get to the license portion this time around, shall we? lol. But before that...
So I decided I wanted to try color contacts. Blue, if you're wondering. So I make an appointment with the eye doctor, and my contacts used to be -7.00, and I guess they jumped to -9.00 (which is bad, and a significant difference for those of you who have no clue what I'm talking about.) I guess -9.00 is a very rare prescription for contacts, because we had to order the box of regulars and the box of colored ones, so I don't have either right now. However, they also didn't have a pair of trial lenses of -9.00 in my brand (Acuvue 2) so my doctor gave me another brand, which made my eyes burn like crazy. So I couldn't wear them. Now, the last time I went in to the doctor, a year ago, he said my glasses needed updated, but we figured we'd wait since I didn't wear them that often. Well, since this time it got even more significantly worse, we decided to go ahead and get them updated. Needless to say, they have to order the lenses as well. So for a couple days, I had really poor vision with my glasses to get me through. No contacts that I could wear, and my glasses gave me a headache. So we ended up going to Sears, because they had a pair of -9.00 trial lenses for Acuvue so that I could see until my real ones come in...however, in order to get the trial lenses, I had to order 2 MORE boxes of contacts. Ugh. What a waste of money. So needless to say, I'm going to be set for awhile as far as contacts go. But on the plus side, I can see!
On the minus side, I now have like $70 something dollars in my bank account and that is IT. I need to buy books for 4 different classes. No way is $70 going to buy me probably even ONE book. So I get to beg money from Daddy. That oughta be nice. *sigh*
I really really miss Mike right now. We have this plan to get me up there for a weekend and get a hotel room for the weekend...just a mini-getaway, to just kind of escape from everyone and everything and have some time and space completely to ourselves. I think that would be really nice. No roomies to worry about, no pot smell lingering in the hallway, no cramped quarters, no nothing...just us.
If we can afford it.
And if I can get up there.

So it seems like all I've done this week is go here, go there, go here again...I feel like I've been busier on spring break than in school...
I meant to go visit my high school and never got around to it...meant to hang out with my friend Jes and never got there...meant to hang out with the aforementioned Ben and never did that either...and I go back to school tomorrow...GOD I don't want to...I REALLY don't want to...I dreamed about Ben last night, too...dreamed we were making out...lol go figure...anyway.
So I'm packed and laundry's done and I'm ready to go tomorrow...at least physically...I really don't want to leave though.
But I have blue eyed contacts on the way, and I got my ears pierced a second time finally, so I guess it's been a pretty productive break...
Oh yeah and I managed to get smashed last night...oops...never threw up today, thank God, but I think I just BARELY escaped...I gotta be more careful...love how college kids usually go to like Cancun or something to drink on spring break, and I go home lol.
Ok well I think that's all there really is to say for right now...I'll have more updates on the Ben/Caitlyn thing later when I find out...I mean I doubt that's it but you just never know!
I also would like to add that I think Michael Hewitt is the best boyfriend out there because he's so incredibly good to me and sweet to me and I miss him so very very much, I can't wait to see him again and I really hope it's soon...as of Tuesday it was 3 months for us, how cool is that? 3 months...I wasn't sure I'd ever reach that mark again. That's 1/4 of a year. How cool. I'm so in love with this man...sheesh...it's crazy :) but it's a good kind of crazy :-D
