"What are you doing?!" He said as he looked up to see who was attacking him. He looked familiar, was it from his journal? "Sena?" he asked as he blinked with a blank look on his face before frowning. "I know what i'm doing.."

"Ritsuka-kun, listen to me," Sena pleaded. " The jungle is dangerous. Anyone who goes there gets themselves killed in the worst of ways or turns into a blood-hungry monster who only wants to kill everyone who stands against them. Th-they...those people...its like they don't have a shred of humanity left in them after they've given in to the blood's calling."
He looked straight into Ritsuka's eyes, begging for the younger boy to see sense. He didn't want another person to fall like that. Too many have already.
"I know you're stronger than that, Ritsuka-kun. I know you're better than that. I don't know what happened, but please, going to the jungle isn't going to solve anything. I'm your friend and I want you to be safe."

"Ritsuka, I need you to understand -- before I even start explaining anything -- that you're not going crazy. I know it must feel that way, but this place does things that none of us understand, really. So try and keep your mind open, please."
Soubi paused, placing his hand over the boy's comfortingly. "Can you promise me that?"

His ears flattened slightly to his head as he nodded slowly. "I.. won't promise, but I'll try." He said as he placed his journal on the table in front of him, his eyes trailing back to Soubi's.

He sighed as he took a step towards Soubi. "D-do you really worry about, me, that much. Soubi?" He asked sheepishly. There wasn't a point to argue anymore, maybe he really did need to give Soubi a chance. For the time being anyways.
Ritsuka shakily placed a small hand over Soubi's, his eyes darting to the side as he spoke. "I-i'll try, to believe.. Ok?" He said as he glanced into the mans eyes for a moment.

The two would probably want some time alone togethor to talk about things that were only meant for each other to hear.

Rather than be content with that simple touch, Soubi got to his feet again and wrapped his arms around Ritsuka's shoulders, wrapping the boy in a warm, affectionate hug. That smile was still firmly present on his face.

His eyes shot open as he felt himself being pulled into a hug. For a moment he let his eyes close, he felt safe. Wait, what was he thinking? His cheeks flushed a crimson red as he pushed his hands against Soubi's chest. "S-Soubii!" He whined as he struggled to get away.

As Ritsuka stood he glanced towards the doors once more. "Soubi, Where are you staying?" He asked without looking at the man. He really didn't want to stay with someone he didn't know, but for now it was all he could do. In the morning he would go search for Seimei, with or without Soubi.

"Sorry I took so long," he apologized, a sheepish smile on his face. He gently placed the tray on the table and sat down himself, slumping in his seat. "There's a lot of people here today. More than usual."
Reply
"More then usual?" He echoed as he smiled. "Does that mean more people have been brought here?" He asked, as his smile faded. More people taken from their homes and thrown here. That was nothing to be happy about.
Reply
"People are being dragged here all the time though," he sighed.
