Should I Stay; Should I Go [Private]
WHO: Peter Petrelli, Claire Bennet (oww_pavement), Adam Monroe (oh_immortal), Yu Kanda (madmugenskillz), and John Connor (heartfor_agun)
WHAT: Peter reaches out to help some people, and it turns into a small, housewarming party.
WHERE: Peter's new apartment, downtown.
WHEN: Early evening.
The apartment was practically barren. Surprisingly, it did come with some furniture, but not enough to be considered 'cozy'. Then again, nothing could compare to Peter's old apartment; stuff strewn everywhere, and everything disorganized. The sofas were too Victorian for his case, and it took him a while to figure out how to work the new kitchen appliances (how the Hell did people cook back then?).
Buying food was not a problem. Preparing it was another matter entirely, but after a few failed attempts, he finally managed to come out with something decent and started to set the small table.
"I think we need more chairs," Peter muttered to himself. He wasn't sure if that angry man was even going to show up, or Adam, but he was hoping they would. If Peter was going to stay stranded on this island, he ought to know more people other than Claire (as wonderful as she may be).
He was definitely calmer. Ever since Adam told him Nathan was alive, Peter felt a huge weight being lifted off his shoulders. Convenient as he wouldn't know how to go through with this dinner, worrying about his home every five seconds.
"Claire?" He called out, setting down the last bowl. "Are you busy?"
