WHO: Batman's Rescue Group and the captives WHAT: The rescue party has finally arrived! But what will it take to free the captives and escape? WHERE: The caves beneath the waterfall WHEN: Day 27 (AKA the neverending day)
This felt surreal. How long had Hakkai been in here? Far too long, if he was half-convinced he was imagining a group of people had just come to rescue them.
He'd been reading about it in the journals, but it seemed like it would never really happen. He backed away obediently from the bars, suddenly feeling extremely tired.
"Sir," he tried, watching as the man pointed some sort of laser at the bars for a few minutes. "If... once I'm out... I'm a healer. I can... if someone is severely injured..." Never mind the fact that the crystal seemed to be inhibiting his powers. He'd try again anyway.
"No no, a potion is made of crushed healing magicite-" Larsa shook his head and tried again. "Magicite is a natural stone with magical properties. A cure potion is made up of crushed and melted fragments of magicite."
While their leader was trying to arrange explosives, Larsa dashed forward and thrust his hand through the bars. "Take my hand, please," after a moment he added. "Sir."
"The contact should spark a reaction, and the magicite should then react to your healing ability. I know something negates our power to heal, but the ability to do it should still be present."
He offered forth his left hand, the uninjured one, and held the bottle with his bandaged right. Hakkai was still skeptical. No method of healing he'd ever heard of involved 'potions.'
They were still for a few moments. Still, nothing happened.
"I'm sorry," he murmured, slumping over. "I'm so tired..."

"Sir?" He called out. Another healer? They needed more. "Can you please try something for me?"
Carefully he slid a potion bottle through the bars. The moment it left his hands, the dull glow vanished.
"Please pick that up and hold it to your chest?"
He knew it would not glow as brightly as if he himself held it, but if this man was a healer- then the faintest feeble glow would still help.

Nothing was happening. Was there supposed to be something?
"I'm afraid I don't understand," he whispered, throat feeling dry. "I use chi to heal, not medicine."

"Never you mind, sir. Just leave it all to me."
Larsa did his best to be reassuring, all the while chiding himself for having put an exhausted man through another ordeal.
"Just rest and we will take care of it all."
