WHO: Ciel Phantomhive & Sebastian Michaelis. (Might be open later on in the thread.)
WHAT: Ciel wants to have some fun.
WHERE: It will begin at their home and then branch out from there.
WHEN: Mid-Afternoon.
Ciel had spent his morning sipping tea and observing the happenings of Rivelata from his bedroom window. All in all, he felt like he was at a dead end. There was no way to solve the "case" surrounding Rivelata because the origin of the town (and the island) was quite mysterious. Moreover, he could find no way to explain why he - amongst so many others - had been kidnapped from home and forced to exist here of all places.
"Strange." he murmured, setting down his tea cup and leaning back in his chair, "Sebastian." he didn't even raise his voice.
It had been long enough. Sebastian's powers should have been returned to him.
If he couldn't get to the bottom of Rivelata, he might as well have some fun in it.
