WHAT: Sylar is wandering all around, trying to see what has changed and where some key individuals might be staying. Feel free to post with whoever, this is extremely open. Just say the place they meet and maybe the time of day if you think it's prevalent.

WHEN: The next few days after his escape.
It was good to be free! He couldn't remember how many days he'd been locked up, but it was far too long. So much had changed since his incarceration, most notably the apparent return of someone he had killed along with the disappearances of many, many others. There was so much mourning going on that his return didn't even set off any real alarms. On one hand, he was almost disappointed how so few people cared he was out. On the other, it was perfect for allowing him to do a little reacquainting with the streets and buildings of Rivelata without being hassled by any of the heroes.
He might have been a little too comfortable, but why not? They couldn't kill him, and he could just run away if he needed to. The only one he had met that was fast enough to catch him was that speedster, but that kid tended to keep his distance unless backup was close at hand. Sylar would not be caught like that again. Still, taking a nice stroll through the market, the forest, or the beach wouldn't compromise him. All he had to do was keep to open spaces or make sure there were plenty of witnesses. Thankfully the natives still didn't completely trust the vigilantes. Unfortunately, that also meant he wouldn't be doing any killing during his strolls. Oh well, it would let him make lists for future victims.
