Lucy caught a glimpse of that shocked expression that crossed Sei's face, and when she did she felt a surge of giddy satisfaction swell in her breast. Sure, she didn't feel about Sei in that way, or at least that's what she told herself, but the fact that she could elicit such a stunned reaction from the usually calm and elegant woman made Lucy feel very good about herself. Every woman needed to be reminded she was beautiful every once and a while after all. Grinning brightly, she skipped down the last few steps and sauntered over.

Of course, as always Sei didn't stay off balance for long, and at her flirty comments Lucy found herself turning red. She wasn't quite sure what Sei meant by desert, but she had a feeling it was the sort of thing that would get a man slapped. "Well we're going out to a nice dinner, I didn't want to look shabby. Besides, it's my first night out in Rivelata, I want to enjoy myself." Giving Sei a level look, she added, "And eating desert too soon spoils your dinner. Come on, I'm hungry."

Taking Sei's arm, Lucy was happy to let her take the male role for the night, and even rewarded the other girl a little by snuggling close.
