Now that Himemiya was around, Utena didn't like leaving her alone for too long, but she'd also promised Tidus she'd help him out in the jungle. It wouldn't do to break promises. The issue, of course, was that she'd also told Rangiku she wouldn't go into the jungle. So now it became a matter of avoiding that. But she did really need a sword, and curiosity of what was in the jungle was overriding her common sense.
Rangiku wouldn't be mad at her if she was just going to be gone for a little while, right? An hour, tops. She wouldn't go too far in, she had Tidus around, and if it got too weird she'd come back home. No problem. With that thought in mind, Utena was currently scrambling her way out of the window, and slipped down to the ground below soundlessly. Rangiku would probably be at work anyway, she thought...maybe she could get home before the woman even noticed she was gone. That would be great! That way, Rangiku wouldn't have to worry, and Utena's curiosity would be sated. Everything would work out fine.
"Psst, oi...Tidus," she called out quietly. She hoped the boy was around...she'd told him to meet her here.
This was kind of fun, she thought. Sort of like a secret mission, or an adventure.
