[It wasn't like she hadn't thought about everything, especially while she had been gone. She'd thought about Deepground, Sephiroth, everything. But it didn't mean reliving something like having your mind and body attempting to rip themselves apart.

She stayed where she'd fallen on the ground, out of the windowsill and with her back against the wall.]

H-hey...[Trying to make things easier by grinning or smiling or something, wasn't easy when her attempts fell flat and her stomach felt like it would rebel.] Nope, I-...Cloud, I don't feel good.

[Cloud quietly inspected Yuffie a little, his eyes looking over her carefully as if he thought maybe the girl really was hurt somewhere.]

What's wrong? [Obviously he knew something was wrong, but he wasn't sure exactly what.]

[She attempted to sit up further so she'd stop feeling quite so pathetic, but her stomach instantly twisted and instead leaned forward to put her head against Cloud's shoulder with an annoyed sound.]

Tol'ja. I don't feel good. [Squeezing her eyes shut tight she tried to force her head and stomach to work as everything felt like it was in a blender]

Spike...I think I need a bucket or somethin'.

[There was a small hesitation that came from Cloud's natural awkwardness around showing such affection, but the blond nonetheless ended up gently resting his cheek against the top of Yuffie's head. And his hand softly rubbed her back a little, trying to soothe her.]

Would carrying you to the bathroom work too?

Shiva....I feel pathetic. [Even if Cloud was being so great about this, it still didn't help that she knew she'd added to the mess he was in. Yuffie gulped down air, trying to settle her stomach as she fought thinking about the weird echo of the hollowness she'd been sucked into.]

Fine.

[As much as it was making her feel ridiculous, she couldn't help but realize that she really had not much choice. Last time this had happened she hadn't been able to get up for a long while.]

[Though obviously her nausea was concerning, Cloud was incredibly grateful that she was not physically wounded and that she wasn't flying into hysterics. It made things easier.

With her permission to move her, the blond slowly, carefully scooped her up in his arms bridal style. As he walked to the bathroom with her, he tried his best to move slow and not jostle her about too much. Eventually he set her down on the floor by the toilet and sat down beside her with a quiet sigh.]

You'll be okay, Yuffie.

'M okay now. [She mumbled into into his shoulder as she was carried. She felt stupid and silly after she'd taken care of herself for months to be only back a day or so and be like this....But then again she hadn't had to worry about throwing up on a floor for a few months due to not really having a floor.]

I'm just fine.

[Yuffie was grateful about not being jostled, and as she was set down she was even more grateful to be back on the floor. Shiva, this was like motion sickness, only worse.]

[He shifted a little and pressed his back up against the cupboard under the countertop of the bathroom.] ...what did you see?

Still, should'a been careful. [She still had her eyes closed and tipped her head back against the wall as she thought. Honestly, the whole thing might be easier for this Cloud to understand then even other people from her world. Darkness, from what she remembered, was common.]

Nero. Real twisted, experiment of Hojo's....He could suck people into darkness. Like...[Yuffie gestured vaguely with a hand trying to say something like 'how you talk about it' but not sure if it was a good idea.]

Like the scary, tear you apart kind. He tried to get Vince and I....Vincent got me out but still.

[While his eyes had been on Yuffie the whole time, at the mention of Darkness, his head tilted her way a little as well. Hadn't she told him before that her world didn't have the same Dark and Light principles?]

If given the chance, all Darkness can tear you apart. [The sentence was spoken quietly, and after a second he sort of shook his head a little, as if knocking himself out of his own wandering thoughts.] Sorry. But... you're alright now. Your heart is too Light to be taken so easily, you know.

Too Light? [Snickers in spite of herself and clearly thinks that was a bad idea a moment later as she flinches as her stomach goes DO NOT WANT. She swallows back the need to throw up with a disgusted face and when she speaks a gain it's a little hoarser and weaker.]

I'll take that as a complement Spikey.
